Life at times can seem like a never-ending journey that takes us places we don't want to go and worse sometimes we can't get out of once we are there.  What are we to do when abuse is discovered, mental health is weakening, unexpected loss occurs, moral failure is exposed, leadership faulters or community and family crumbles around us?

When we find ourselves in these trying, difficult and often unthinkable places what we find is: Every situation is unique, always new to those involved, and eventually a sense of hopelessness and feeling lost can set in.

Using over a decade of experience of walking through traumatic, complicated, demanding situations with people from all levels of society, I use this experience to be a friend that is needed in this time of need.

Counselors, therapists, psychiatrists, doctors, they all help through every phase of the healing journey but sometimes we need a friend's help to even know where to turn, what we are looking for and what to expect once we get there.
